Chico oversees the landscape construction divisions at Advantage. His responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and personal development as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. He has been with Advantage for 17 years and has over 25 years of landscape experience. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his three children and wife who he has been married to for over 20 years.
